There are 74 languages in Pakistan. The official one is Urdu which is previously known as Hindi while at the mean time most of the Pakistanis can speak English fluently. Bari stated that he has already acquired 5 languages. He is currently trying to learn a new language which is Malay to communicate better with the locals.
As we all know, once we passed the critical stage, it is hard for us to learn a new language easily. Nevertheless, Bari stated that it is not a problem for him to learn new languages. He can acquire easily and swiftly without facing much difficulties. It normally takes 5 to 6 months for him to acquire a new language. Regarding the learning method, he stated that he learned in a natural way which is be brave and speak more often to the locals. Once you are familiar with the environment and get close with them, it is never a hassle to learn a new language.
The key is to be initiative and perseverance.

Regarding Urdu, at first I thought it is exactly same as Arabic language or Urdu might be derived from Arabic because they look the same to me. Then I was shocked on the fact that Arabic and Urdu belong to completely different language families. Arabic belongs to the Semitic branch of the Afro-Asiatic family while Urdu to the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo- European family (which includes English). Their alphabets might look the same, but their meanings are completely different.
In my opinion, Urdu language has lots of tongue-twisting moment. Bari's mouth and jaw movement enlarged while speaking Urdu. The tone is soft yet strong at the same time. This sometimes causes some slang when Bari is speaking in English but it is not a very big deal since Bari has great exposures and expertise in English.
